Pre-Painted Steel Sheet and Coil

Pre-painted Steel offers an esthetic finish with excellent durability, formability and weather resistance.

The painting process begins with a cold rolled steel substrate that undergoes an extensive cleaning process to improve adhesion.

The base material is then coated with either a galvanized or galvalume layer to enhance corrosion resistance.  This is followed by pre-treatment and primer coat to ensure paint adhesion. The final colour top coat is then applied.

Typical markets include industries that construct metal buildings, manufacture appliances, air conditioners, lighting fixtures and commercial/residential roofing.
